Food Deliveries

LINK delivers Tuesday through Fridays (between 4 pm – 8 pm) and Saturdays (between 1 pm – 4 pm) to families in Herndon and Sterling.

Volunteers at Mobile Food Pantry

Mobile Food Pantry

The Capital Area Food Bank supplies food to the Mobile Food Pantry. Volunteers are needed on the second Tuesday of each month at Christ the Redeemer Church from 9am until the food is distributed. The start time varies based on the delivery arrival.

Thank you to all the generous donors and volunteers for a successful 2024 Holiday Program! We served over 4,800 individuals in 845 families and provided 26,000 pounds of food and 5,000 toys.

School Food Rescue

School Food Rescue resumes for Dranesville Elementary School.


We rescue food from area schools in Fairfax and Loudoun County. Volunteers are needed to transport food from the schools to pantries or other locations.

Store Food Rescue

Looking for a quick volunteer opportunity? LINK rescues food from local restaurants and stores, delivering delicious items from Auntie Anne's Pretzel, KFC, Target, Trader Joe's, Wawa, Bojangles Chicken, Great Harvest, and frozen proteins from Cornerstone. Our clients love it!

Simple Gesture

We need volunteers to help unload food that is donated to LINK by "A Simple Gesture" program. The program is every other month on Saturdays from 9:30 am - 11 am at Christ the Redeemer Church.
